Awesome class! Great instructor. I'd recommend kickboxing to people who either have a work-out buddy or individuals who are comfortable being paired up with new people for 2-person portions of the class (which is about 50% of the time). Definitely not a slow paced class but if you're really into it (and with a little instruction) you'll be keeping up with the returning athletes in no time! Master Fredrick is very friendly and accommodating. Great mix of skill building, muscle building and stamina. Will definitely be returning in the fall.
